Janice McCracken
Janice has been a certified fitter since 1995. She is a certified mastectomy fitter, certified Orthotic fitter, and has several certifications in compression fitting garments, shoe fitting, and management of the diabetic foot.
She started this business in 1997 to give women more choices and better quality in their mastectomy products and other items we carry.
Janice attends many educational seminars every year to stay up to date on the latest in products and changes regarding insurance.

Hannah
Office Manager
Hannah is the office manager for BPO. She is the link between you (the client), your provider and the insurance company. Hannah has worked with us since 2022 and is happy to help with any questions you may have while getting your products paid for along the way!
Missy
Insurance Biller
Missy is the co-insurance biller for BPO. She is here to assist our patients with any questions that they may have for us or their insurance company with a smiling face the whole way! She has been with us since 2022 and has the tools to make sure everything flows smoothly while effectively communicating with your insurance company through the entire process.
Donna
Receptionist
Donna is the receptionist for BPO. She will be the first friendly voice you get to hear on the phone when calling in to schedule your appointment and order your products! Donna has been with us since 2022 and has the communication skills to improve the efficiency to make it a stress-free process for our patients!
